Info and deadlines
See all hotel room quotas and offers and book your accommodations well in advance!
- Update your company profile as soon as possible, so visitors can explore all of the participating companies in advance.
- Please check the display name well in advance to ensure it is included in the printed fair guide. The display name is the name under which your company will appear on the event website.
- If you have ordered or your stand includes graphic products, please remember to send the necessary materials to myynti@maiseri.fi no later than 29.4.2026. Material instructions >>
- Save by ordering early! Place your orders by 9 April 2026 to get the lowest prices.
- From 10 April 2026, prices increase by 20%.
- From 30 April 2026, prices increase by 50%.
- From 13 May 2026, prices increase by 100%.
Exhibitors most important tool! Through the eShop, you can handle orders and all other tasks related to fair participation easily and quickly.
Registration path:
- Go to https://eshop.expomark.fi/en-US/registration
- Fill in the requested information on the form.
- After registration, you will receive a message in your email. Confirm the user account by clicking the confirmation link in the message. Your account will be activated.
- Once you have confirmed the user account, you can log in from the home page https://eshop.expomark.fi/en-US
After logging in to the service, you can see participations in upcoming events on the front page. Choose to participate and you get to take care of the fair preparations.
NOTE! In the beginning only the contact person has the permission to see the participation. You can share the access rights from Share access rights.
We will hold an exhibitor information session online via Teams. The session will cover topics such as the eShop online service, event marketing, and other essential information related to the event and preparations. This is an excellent opportunity to receive comprehensive information and guidance. The exhibitor information session will be recorded.
The session materials and recording will be sent to the exhibitors’ email addresses and will also be published in your participation workspace in eShop.

Marketing and communications
All exhibitors participating in the event are published on the event’s website.
The name of your company that appears on the list will be the one you provided to the sales manager when confirming your participation in the event. If you want to change your visibility name, you can easily do so through the eShop under Market your participation. Instructions for updating your profile >>
In addition you can easily upload your company logo, a link to your company’s website, and other information you want to share with the event’s visitors (also videos/images) to your profile page.
Please complete all the necessary information about your company as soon as possible, so visitors can explore all of the participating companies in advance. The information can be easily updated through the eShop under Market your participation. NOTE! There might be few hour delay when updating the profile.
Please note that the display name must be updated well in advance, to ensure it is included in the printed expo info and guidance.
Expo offers and new products always attract visitors
Special offers and new product launches will be published on the event website.
You can add your own products and services through your profile pages, under the Market Your Participation section in the eShop, in the Catalogue Products area.
Take advantage of this visibility and showcase your products on the event website!
Visitors explore the offerings in advance, and media representatives are also interested in new products.
A link to this page will also be included in the event’s press releases.
Tell the visitors what’s happening at your stand – update the information from stand program
Visitors look for information about the fair’s offerings and what is happening at the stands in advance. The program can include product demonstrations, presentations, tutorials, musical performances, challenges, competitions, etc.
Register your program in the eShop under the Program section, and it will be published on the event’s website, giving you free visibility for your program.
e-Invitation for Professionals
e-Invitation allows you to send an invitation to hundreds of customers at once – easily, ecologically, and free of charge. You can include your own greeting and company images in the digital invitation. e-Invitation guides your customers to register as event attendees free of charge.
Utilize logos and banners in your own marketing channels!
Remember to promote your participation and any new products showcased at the fair through your own marketing and communication channels, such as social media. You may use the event logos, banners, and images to advertise your participation
Together we are stronger! Let’s post together, spread the word about the upcoming event, and invite our networks to join us. Tag Pohjoinen Teollisuus in your post — we’re happy to share and like your content. You can find Pohjoinen Teollisuus on LinkedIn and Facebook. You can also use the hashtags #pote26 and #pohjoinenteollisuus. Mark the dates in your calendar — see you on social media:
- Wed 22 April | We’re in! One month to go until we meet in Oulu. Register as a visitor free of charge.
- Wed 6 May | Two weeks to go! Share what new products or programme highlights you’ll be presenting, or which experts will be available at your stand.
Remember to actively contact journalists and influencers and invite them to your stand. Publish press releases through the eShop under Market your participation. You can recognize journalists and other media representatives at the fair by their MEDIA passes.
The exhibition guide for the Northern Industry event will be published in Promaint magazine. The guide includes the exhibitor list, the exhibition area map, and the programme for the event days. Please check in eShop well in advance that your visibility name is correct and that you have registered any sub-exhibitors!
The exhibition issue will be published on 8 May, and the material deadline is 21 April.

You can not make ceiling suspensions in Ouluhalli.
You can conveniently send passes to the e-mail or mobile phone of your fair team members via the eShop under Send passes.
The recipient of the pass can print it in advance via the link in the e-mail, or you can also print it at the entrances or at the Exhibition office. You can create as many passes as you need.
The exhibitor’s pass is for the staff of your booth during the fair. The pass is personal and valid during construction, event and dismantling times of the fair. The pass must be displayed during the event. The builder’s pass is valid during the fair’s construction and dismantling times. Passes are free of charge.

At the event
Please note that the parking space at Ouluhalli is very limited! Please do not park your car in unmarked spaces!
Parking is free. We recommend arriving either with exhibitor bus or exhibition shuttle bus.
Please answer the enquiry by 30th of April, if you plan to use the exhibitor transportation!
The free shuttle bus runs from the remote parking lot (Kivisydän) through the train station to the event venue every half an hour. Schedule is announced closer to the event.
Paid parking is available on the other side of the road, at Rauhaparki (Kiviharjuntie 14) and at the OAMK parking area (Kiviharjuntie 4-8).
During the construction and opening hours of the event, the Exhibition office is helping exhibitors and builders, e.g. for stand orders.

Nallikari Oy is the official producer of the restaurant services in Ouluhalli. Lunch and other restaurant vouchers and stand catering order forms will be available closer to the event.
Do not leave valuables on display when the fair day ends. Take care of insurance and think about whether you need additional equipment, for example display cases, locks or safety cables for computers or monitors.
Each exhibitor is obliged to take care of insuring his own goods.

Deliveries to the exhibition area may begin no earlier than on the first construction day.
Exhibitors are responsible for delivering their exhibition items to the venue at their own expense.
They are also responsible for receiving, unpacking, storing, and transporting their goods to the stand, as well as handling return shipments after the event. The event organizer or Ouluhalli staff cannot sign for or receive deliveries on behalf of exhibitors.
Suomen Event Logistics will receive all shipments sent to the event if no exhibitor representative is present to receive them upon arrival. This service is subject to a fee.

A public wireless network is available in the hall
Please note, however, that the connection may become congested and slow during the event.
We also offer company-specific network solutions as an additional service, either wired or wireless, tailored to your needs.
